Complete the Custom Order Request Form and tell queenlee what you're dreaming up. Upload inspiration photos, logos, sketches, colors, or anything else that helps explain your vision.

2: RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE 💰

Your request will be reviewed and you'll receive pricing based on your specific project.

3: SECURE YOUR ORDER 👑

Accept your quote and submit the required payment to secure your order.

4: APPROVE YOUR DESIGN 🎨

When applicable, you'll receive a digital proof to review. Check everything carefully, especially names, dates, numbers, spelling, colors, and other important details.

5: QUEENLEE GETS TO WORK ✨

Once the required payment is received and your final design is approved, your order enters production.

6: IT'S READY! 🥳

You'll be notified when your queenlee creation is ready for pickup or shipping.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

$5–$10

Design fees are based on the complexity of your request.

Basic customization and simple layouts typically fall toward the lower end of the range. Original concepts, multiple design elements, photo editing, recreations, or more detailed artwork may require a higher design fee or custom quote.

Your custom design includes up to 2 revisions after the initial proof.

Additional revisions are $5 each.

Already have your artwork? Upload your highest-quality design file when submitting your request. PNG, SVG, or PDF files are preferred when available.

TURNAROUND TIME ⏰

Standard custom orders typically require 3-4 business days for production.

Your turnaround time begins after the required payment has been received AND your final design has been approved.

Large orders, specialty items, and highly customized projects may require additional production time.
